Can we correct astigmatism with Laser correction?

Yes, astigmatism up to 6 diopters can be corrected with laser correction. Similarly, hyperopia and presbyopia can also be corrected with laser correction.

Can I drive after a laser vision correction? (LASIK, PRK, SMILE, FemtoLASIK)

In most cases, you are able to drive 24 hours after a LASIK / femto LASIK procedure. Following a PRK / TransPRK, 3 days are needed before driving safely. In all cases, it's not recommended to drive immediately after the procedure.

Is laser vision correction painful?

Surgery itself is not painful. After a LASIK procedure, you might encounter itching / burning sensation for few hours and those symptoms usually decrease after 4 to 6 hours. After a PRK procedure, ocular pain, burning and itching sensation can last 24 to 36 hours during which it's preferable to stay at home.
